What is included with Tech Icons Pro?

Tech Icons Pro gives you access to our full premium experience, designed specifically for technology-focused professionals, investors, and decision-makers. Your subscription includes:

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, after which access to Pro content will automatically end.

No further charges will be applied. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not issued for unused time, early termination, or partial billing periods.

However:

  • EU residents may have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period under Directive 2011/83/EU, provided no Pro-only content has been accessed.
  • UK residents are subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The right to cancel may be lost upon accessing digital content.

Will I be notified before renewal?

Yes. We provide advance notification of renewals in accordance with the California Automatic Renewal Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and EU consumer law. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in Account Settings.

How do I update or manage my billing details?

You can update your payment method, view billing history, or download invoices at any time via your Billing Settings. You will receive confirmation of all billing changes via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. In select markets, we also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers.

Can I switch between monthly and annual subscriptions?

Yes. You may switch your plan at any time via your Account Settings. Your new plan will begin at the start of your next billing period. No refund or proration applies for early switching.

I received an error while trying to subscribe. What should I do?

If your email is already in our system, you may already have an account. Try selecting “Sign In” instead of “Subscribe.” If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it. For further help, contact [email protected].

Do you offer academic or nonprofit discounts?

Not at this time. We are exploring institutional pricing options. If you represent a university, public-sector entity, or nonprofit, please contact [email protected] to express interest.

Do your introductory rates change over time?

Yes. At the end of any introductory offer, your subscription renews at the standard price applicable to your selected package. You’ll be notified in advance of any rate changes. Refer to your original billing confirmation and Terms of Use for more details.
